Lexi Thompson Hires Tim Tucker as Her Caddie at the U.S. Women's Open 2020

Lexi Thompson is still on the hunt for a 2020 victory and still in search for a full-time caddie. According to a report from Golfweek, Lexi Thompson will be getting some well-experienced help at the this week's US Women's Open, in hopes of capturing her 12th career win and just her 1st in 2020.

Who Will Be Lexi Thompson's  Caddie at the 2020 U.S. Women's Open?

Tim Tucker will caddie for Lexi at the 2020 US Women's Open. If that name sounds familiar, It's probably because you've heard the name mentioned earlier this year at the US Open along side the name Bryson DeChambeau. That's right! Tim Tucker is Bryson DeChambeau's full-time caddie.

The DeChambeau-Tucker duo team resulted in a runaway win the Winged Foot, where Bryson bullied his way around the course to win by a comfortable 6 shots. Perhaps Lexi is looking to get similar results at this week's event.

Does Lexi Thompson Have a New Caddie?

Not exactly. This pairing comes because both Lexi and Bryson share the same Agent, Brett Falkolff. There hasn't been any announcements about Tim Tucker and Bryson DeChambeau parting ways so we can expect that team to stay in tact. Lexi still hasn't settled on a new caddie and has been working with her brother Curtis Thompson until she finds a suitable partner. Curtis will caddie for Lexi in the final event of the year, the CME Group Tour Championships, which the pair has won in the past.

This will certainly be a pair to watch and could make for a very historic event be sure to watch all the action as it unfolds. The US Women's Open 2020 will start on Thursday, December 10, 2020.
